UCTalent is hiring a Social Lead Strategist & Manager for a confidential, high-growth Ethereum L2 building AI-native infrastructure.
You will lead a newly formed 3-person pod in Da Nang managing 4–5 social accounts spanning official/product, perp/trading, and meme/community. You will establish the narrative framework, structure an evenly split workload with 2 executors, write/edit high-caliber English copy, leverage AI-native production workflows, and sync 1–2 times per week directly with the client’s Ecosystem Lead.

Strategy & Planning: Own the social strategy, narrative arcs, and editorial calendar across 4–5 accounts, focusing heavily on X and Telegram.
Team Leadership: Manage 2 executors in a newly formed pod—distribute tasks evenly, review deliverables, maintain output velocity, and ensure quality control.
Content & Copywriting: Write and edit high-impact, founder-level English content (threads, announcements, community updates, AMAs).
AI-First Production: Run high-efficiency AI workflows for research, ideation, drafting, and visuals, backed by rigorous human QA.
Client & Ecosystem Sync: Sync 1–2 times per week directly with the Ecosystem Lead on priorities, launches, and performance.
On-Chain Tracking: Follow ecosystem metrics, L2 activity, perps, DeFi protocols, and AI-agent trends to keep content accurate and timely.

3+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or growth marketing within Web3 / crypto.
Proven track record growing or managing high-output X (Twitter) and Telegram accounts.
Professional English proficiency: Strong long-form and short-form writing abilities (capable of drafting technical and narrative posts).
On-chain fluency: Hands-on experience with Web3 wallets, dApps, DeFi/perps, block explorers, and L2 ecosystems.
AI tools efficiency: Daily mastery of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney/Flux, Canva, CapCut) for accelerated drafting and production.
Leadership experience: Experience delegating, mentoring, and managing junior creators or community managers.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Da Nang for full-time, in-office work. Able to start quickly.

Prior experience with an L2 network, DeFi/perp DEX, or AI x Crypto project.
Experience managing both serious technical accounts and high-engagement meme accounts.
Vietnamese language proficiency for local community coverage.

Direct ownership of a live Layer 2 & AI-native social ecosystem.
High-trust environment with regular, direct syncs with the Ecosystem Lead.
Full-time Vietnamese employment via EOR (labor contract, social insurance, payroll compliance).
Opportunity to scale the pod as the ecosystem expands.
