UCTalent is hiring a Visual Social Media Creator for a high-growth Web3 project operating a perpetual DEX and an upcoming meme token launch platform globally.
Working in-office in Da Nang as part of a dedicated content pod, you will collaborate closely with the Social Lead and a copywriter. Your primary mission is to transform perpetual trading concepts, platform updates, and token launches into viral visual graphics, custom illustrations, infographics, and memes using advanced AI image generators and design tools.

Your primary mission is to transform perpetual trading concepts, platform updates, and token launches into viral visual graphics, custom illustrations, infographics, and memes using advanced AI image generators and design tools.
Responsibilities
- AI Visual Generation: Use Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, and prompt engineering daily to generate high-quality concepts, custom character art, and meme templates.
- Graphic Design & Refinement: Clean up, vectorise, and edit raw AI graphics in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma to maintain visual hierarchy, clean typography, and visual consistency.
- Perp & Meme Asset Production: Produce visual content daily across X and Telegram, including trading explainers, feature breakdowns, launch banners, and viral memes.
- Brand & Campaign Execution: Adapt visual styles quickly across different campaign themes, ranging from professional DeFi UI/infographics to high-energy meme art.
- Pod Syncs: Collaborate in daily pod workflows and participate in 1–2 weekly team syncs to refine creative direction.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3+ years experience in graphic design, digital illustration, or visual content creation with a strong portfolio.
- AI Image Generation Expertise: Fluent with AI image generators (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, DALL-E) and skilled in image-to-image workflows.
- Design Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma for post-production editing.
- Fluent Written English: Clear and accurate communication for design text, typography, and team syncs.
- Crypto/DeFi Basics: Familiarity with basic Web3, DEXs, trading mechanics, and meme culture.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Da Nang for full-time work.
Preferred Requirement
- Portfolio, Behance, Dribbble, or X links showcasing digital artwork, crypto memes, or AI-assisted campaigns.
- Experience maintaining visual consistency in AI outputs using style references or LoRAs.
- Active personal interest in perpetual trading or crypto community culture.
